  1. Do you offer ServSafe ™, the only ANSI accredited, and National Restaurant Association backed certification, accepted nationwide and worldwide, or is it something less?

 2. What are your instructors’ credentials? Do they have a bachelor’s or Master’s            Degree or higher?  In what field of study are their degrees ?

      Restaurant or Hospitality Management?

 3. Do they have any food service industry certifications

      beyond Certified Food Protection Manager?

 4. Have they taught food safety and sanitation at the college level?

 5. How long have they been teaching the ServSafe™ classes?

 6. Will my class have more than 8 people in it, where I may get lost in the crowd,          or will I get individual attention from a live in class instructor in a small class?

 7. Will there be someone local to offer me no charge assistance with my operational questions

   after I am certified?

 8. Do I get an in-person class with a live instructor to answer my questions or just online slides?

 9. Is the price I see on your website the actual price I will pay, or are there                        addition fees?

 10. If I don’t succeed the first time, can I retake the class at no charge?
